Southern Idaho Timber Protective Association provides burn permits to all residents of Valley County with the exception of residents in the city limits of Cascade from May 10th through October 20th.  You can apply for a burn permit by visiting their website at https://burnpermits.idaho.gov/.

​Submit an application to apply for a burn permit with Cascade Rural Fire Protection District from October 21st through May 9th.

To obtain a burn permit:

New issue after inspection:  208-382-3200

Re-issue by phone:  208-382-3200

Burn permits are good from October 20 through May 10 each year

Permits will be issued 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday
